Stelle is a character I created based on light. My goal with this digital illustration was to create a poster using unique elements I don’t usually apply to my artwork. I used bright complimentary highlights to emphasize her representation of light. The background is framed with a rounded rectangle that contains a gradient. The position of this rectangle is slightly diagonal to contrast the posing of the character. It emphasizes her movement and makes the piece feel more fluid.
